'Cychwyn Eto' is a series of basic Welsh language literacy books for learners who have difficulty with developing literacy. There are 10 books in the new digital resource, with the series reinforcing letter sounds and developing the learner’s phonetic awareness. There are also fun activities to accompany each book that practice the learners’ literacy skills further.

This is a video and sound files to support the resource 'Dawns a Chreu'. The resource offers learners at Progression Step 1, and at the start of Progression Step 2, opportunities to respond physically through gesture, dance, song and song to a range of stimuli: music, story, or poem, in order to nurture and develop their physical, creative, and literacy skills, as well as promote and motivate their self-confidence. The resource is available in Welsh only.

In July 2018 a special milestone was marked - Cyw's 10th birthday.
